January, 2011 How To Shoot…
Writer, Director, Host
In this series of eight videos producer Chris Carroll illustrates exactly how to
take better photographs. Through light-hearted banter, clear technical
instruction, and beautiful images, viewers learn how to best use their own
equipment to produce stunningly beautiful photographs. With humor and a
relaxed style, you can see exactly how decisions on set translate into the finished
product. After the shoot, Chris shows the images acquired at length, breaking
down each one to show you how to make exciting and beautiful images yourself.
Carroll writes, directs, and hosts these instructional films. Titles include How to
Shoot Perfect Headshots, How to Shoot Women, How to Shoot Nudes, and the

April 1, 2004 E.A.T. Gear
Producer, Writer
Conceived, wrote, produced satirical website, www.ediblegear.com
“Edible Gear, Where your last mile is your lightest mile.” We claimed to have
perfected edible hiking and camping gear, which of course got lighter and easier
to carry as you ate your way down the trail. The SweeTarp, Snack Sack, and
California Roll were just a few of our fanciful products. We received several
media mentions, including extensive interviews in the Boulder Colorado Camera,
and many industry publications. We knew we had done well when several
would-be customers wrote in, absolutely irate that the shopping cart didn’t seem
to work and wondering where else they could buy our products.
